不燃性塗裝型繞線有感電阻器以KNP表示之。

2-2.額定電力 Rated Wattage
額定電力(W)以數字表示,如1/2W、1W、2W、﹍﹍40W。

2-3.端子形狀Terminal Form
視端子區分為P形、M形、F形。

3,額定功率Rated power
額定電力是周圍溫度70℃以下可連續使用之負載電力最大值數,且應使機械性能與電氣性能滿
足。又周圍溫度超越上記溫度時,依造圖一之電力輕減曲線而定。

3-1.額定電壓 Rated Voltage
依公式E=√PR求出連續使用額定電壓,如額定電壓超出最高使用電壓,
則以最高使用電壓為連續使用額定電壓

1. K N P阻抗範圍0.01Ω-1KΩ(N K N P則為0.01Ω-100Ω).

6.機械性能 Mechanical Performance
6-1.端子彎曲強度 Terminal Bend
一手持電阻體,另一手將端子彎曲90°後,恢復原位,繼續再向反方向彎曲90°,如此三次
而接頭不可脫落或折斷。
The terminal shall withstand 4 bends of 90°rotation without any breakage or damage, when the
Resistor is fixed in vertical position.
6-2.端子拉力強度 Terminal Tensile
將電阻本體一端固定,另一端向電阻體軸方向,慢慢加重至2.5Kg後,保持10秒鐘,本體不得
脫落或鬆動。
Fixing the resistor body, a static load of 2.5Kg is to be gradually applied into the terminal for
10seconds without causing any looseness and fall.
6-3.扭轉強度 Twist Withstand
自電阻體起約6mm處之端子線,以約0.8mm曲率半經彎曲90°,其次由彎曲處向端子線先
端1.2±0.4mm處挾定端子引出軸,為回轉軸,以約5秒時間沿面回軸360°再逆轉360°,如
此施行回逆轉2次,不可發生折斷及鬆動現象。

wire at 1.2±0.4mm apart from the bend point end and turn it (clockwise) by 360 degrees
Perpendicular to the resistor axis at speed of sane 5 seconds per turn, and do the same
Counterclockwise again which constitute a whole turn. Repeat the turn for 2 times without
Causing any break and looseness.

10. 注意事項 REQUIRENTS IN USE
1. 濕氣會使電極之焊錫劣質化,保持場所在溫度40℃ 以下濕度 70%以下。

WORST. PLEASE PRESERVE THE RESISTORS IN 40℃ ,70 RH BELOW
2. 儘量不要打開最小包裝。
PLEASE DON`T OPEN THE MINE PACKAGE WHEN YOU PRESERVE IT
3. 周圍溫度高時按照負荷減輕曲線圖減少使規定用電力。

4. 儘量不要將多個電阻並列或直列連結, 而以大電壓或大電流使用。

7. 電阻為發熱性零件, 所以電阻間不應相互堆積或接近其它發熱零件組合成,而防礙其散熱性。
